I turn 54 in 2 weeks. As it happens, this song is also 54, this month.
With that in mind, I would like to dedicate this week’s song to all my friends and family, to the Kindness Club, to those who also battle depression, and to anyone who may come upon this post in need of comfort or friendship.
I am a blessed man, a thankful man. To have friends is a truly priceless gift in life and I have many.
If anyone who finds this post ever needs a friend, please know, you can count on me.
I can’t say my life has always been easy. But I can say life has taught me what true love is, true joy. It is in the service of others. I am thankful every day for this life and for each and every one of you.
