Good evening Kindness Warriors. How is your October going so far? I have seen lots of interesting posts on Facebook. Positive posts. The yucky stuff too. But it is nice to see how we carry on and continue to celebrate life. It is beautiful after all.

Speaking of beautiful…

I am dedicating today’s #tbt to my wife, Mindy, who just turned 50 on Tuesday.

I move slower these days. I have daily challenges that often keep me bedridden. But I keep finding ways to get back up and continue the fight, the journey. I would not be alive without the love and support of this incredible woman who has been the rock for our family throughout all of this. I love you, Mindy.

This song may not quite be a throwback. I usually keep my #tbt selections to anything prior to the turn of the century. But this song came out in 2002, the same year I was fortunate enough to marry the love of my life.

Cherish your loved ones. Offer them kindness. Never take them for granted.

Be love. Be kind. We are all connected.
